Go Rogue!

Our raccoon mascot represents the cleverness, curiosity, and resourcefulness we celebrate in every session. Like the classic trickster, raccoons navigate challenges with wit and adaptability, reminding us that sometimes the best path forward is the one you forge for yourself—just don’t forget to wash your hands after raiding the metaphorical trash bins of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes — we accept insurance, EAPs, and self-pay. If you want to confirm coverage, we can check your benefits for you before your first session.

We currently accept Quest Behavioral Health, Aetna, Cigna, Ascension (SmartHealth), and Carelon Behavioral Health, as well as several EAPs and additional plans under the Aetna/Cigna umbrella. We’re also in the process of becoming credentialed with more insurance providers. If cost is a concern, we offer a limited sliding scale.

  • You can book online anytime. Once you schedule, we’ll send you an intake form. Your session isn’t confirmed until the intake form is completed.

  • We’ll talk about what’s been going on, your goals, and what support you’re looking for. You don’t need to prepare anything — just come as you are.

  • Yes. What you share stays between us except in very specific safety-related situations, which we’ll explain clearly. Documentation is kept minimal to meet ethical, legal, and insurance requirements.

  • Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to come to therapy. Many people come just because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or not like themselves.

  • Yes. We help with communication, conflict, reconnection, and navigating stress together. We also have a sex and intimacy expert on staff who can offer coaching in those areas. Please contact us if you’d like to book with her instead.

  • We’re neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and focused on practical change — not judgment or cookie-cutter advice.

  • Our standard rate is $150 per session. We keep sliding scale spots open for those with financial need. Please reach out to our office. Our typical sliding scale is $150-$90 per session.
